Declaration on the accessibility of the website and online registration

This website is operated by Anna Stangl. This declaration describes how we handle the legal provisions on accessibility for online media.

Anna Stangl endeavors to make its website accessible in accordance with the Federal Act on Barrier-free Access to Websites and Mobile Applications of the Federal Government(Web Accessibility ActWZG) BGBl. I. No. 59/2019 as amended, to make it accessible without barriers.

This accessibility statement applies to the website that can be accessed at https://www.anna-stangl.at and to domains that redirect to the same application as anna-stangl.at.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

This website https://www.anna-stangl.at is largely compliant with conformity level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1″ or with the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not barrier-free for the following reasons:

a. Incompatibility with accessibility regulations

Specific areas of the website, in particular the interactive maps and the routing functions, are basic functions of the third-party systems used (leaflet) and can only be offered barrier-free to the extent that the data and functions of these systems provide them in principle.

b. Disproportionate burden

Our videos are hosted and published on the video platform Youtube and Vimeo. It is not possible to provide the required audio descriptions for some of these videos. This means that WCAG success criterion 1.2.5 (audio description recorded) is not met. We are planning to gradually provide alternatives for time-based media as text instead of audio descriptions.

Preparation of the accessibility declaration

This declaration was updated on 23.06.2025.

Feedback and contact details

We kindly ask you to inform us of any deficiencies with regard to compliance with the accessibility requirements. We are also happy to provide information on content that is exempt from the application of the Directive.

You can use the following e-mail address to contact us and make inquiries about accessibility: anna.stangl@aon.at

Enforcement proceedings

If you do not receive a satisfactory response from the above contact option, you can submit a complaint to the Complaints Office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency with Limited Liability(FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the complaints office contact form.

The complaints are examined by the FFG to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with the accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an institution attributable to it.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG must make recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the deficiencies.
